With well over 100 breweries now pouring their beer in Minnesota, there’s always something new to try. To keep you up-to-date, we present The Mash-Up—our weekly rundown of new beers and seasonal releases in Minnesota from your favorite local and national breweries. Visit every Friday for the latest or sign up for a weekly email.

It’s impossible to sum up the local beer scene in a weekly update, but we try. This week is marked by big celebrations, milestones, collaborations and beers with butternut squash, peanut butter, apples, and a whole lot more.

Surly’s annual Darkness Day brings a social element back to their production facility in Brooklyn Center. Elsewhere, Town Hall turns 20, Waconia turns three, and Giesenbräu celebrates their grand opening. Other notable beers include collaboration beers from Leinenkugel’s, Lakes & Legends, and Talking Waters.
