Rock Bottom Restaurants and Breweries are located all over the nation. Their beer and food are made in-house and this year they are continuing their annual Fire Chief Promotion, February 25th–March 30th. During this promotion they offer a limited-time menu, beer, and cocktails that benefit local fire departments and related charities. They began this promotion in 1991 and since then they have donated nearly 1.6 million dollars.

Rock Bottom’s Minneapolis location will host a tapping party at 6pm on February 25th. Customers will be the first to taste the auburn colored Fire Chief Ale, a medium-bodied beer with sweetness from caramel and crystal malts, toasty characteristics, and a Pacific Northwest hop finish.
“Firey” menu items will include 3-Alarm Brisket Chili, Tequila Lime Shrimp Salad, Cowboy Burger, Campfire Shrimp, Jalapeño BBQ Brisket Stack, and the Small Bite Triple Chocolate Brownie. They will also have a Grilled Lime Margarita.
