St. Paul’s The Happy Gnome has spent the past 10 years racking up award after award for their beer selection, so for their 10th anniversary it was high time their name graced one of their 90+ tap handles.
Happy Gnome General Manager Emily Brink and Executive Chef Scott Brink (the two are married) recently traveled to Odell Brewing Company in Fort Collins, Colorado, to brew the collaboration beer on Odell’s 5-barrel pilot system. RYEs of the Gnome is a 7.9% ABV, 32 IBU single-hop IPA with Citra hops and rye malt.
So, stop by the Gnome on the 29th to try the beer and toast to one of the Twin Cities’ best beer bars on 10 years in business.
