Fargo Brewing Company is adding a second taproom in Fargo, the brewery announced today.

The new Fargo Brewing Ale House will be located at 4445 17th Ave. S. in Fargo and is planned to open this summer.

“Our community continues to demand locally made beer and this location is right in the middle of the population growth,” co-founder John Anderson said in the announcement. “Given the proximity to retail, hotels and I-94, the new location will better serve tourists and travelers seeking Fargo beer.”

The new taproom will feature beers brewed onsite, including their staple offerings (Stone’s Throw Scottish Ale, Wood Chipper IPA, Fargo Original Lager, Iron Horse Pale Ale, Sodbuster Porter) as well as new, unique beers. There are plans for a limited food menu, too.

Fargo will continue to operate their current taproom and production facility, which opened in July 2013.
