Negroni Week is coming to a close—but you still have a two days to get out and drink some bitter red cocktails for a good cause.
Check out the 19 Metro-area restaurants serving Negronis (and their own riffs on the classic gin-Campari-vermouth formula) this week and the charities they’re supporting in the process.
A few highlights:
Our former cocktail columnist Erik Eastman is mixing negronis tonight and tomorrow (June 10–11) at The Rabbit Hole in Midtown Global Market. His Big Easy Negroni Sour mixes Vikre Cedar Gin with Campari and orange-vanilla sour.
Red Cow in the North Loop is mixing their special negroni with Du Nord Fitzgerald Gin and a vermouth infused with fennel and watermelon rind.
And on the non-alcoholic side, the mad geniuses at Five Watt Coffee are making a nitro-kegged cold press with Campari syrup and gin bitters.
