Bemidji Brewing opens new taproom Thursday

After announcing a move and expansion about a year ago, Bemidji Brewing Company has been busy moving their entire operation four blocks away to a new space at the edge of downtown (211 America Avenue NW). Co-founder Megan Hill is excited to reopen this Thursday, July 7, after a three-week hiatus waiting for inspectors to give the new space a go.

They also took the expansion as an opportunity to rebranded with a sharp new logo. “We wanted to rebrand as we made this expansion. We really wanted to get to the heart of what we thought our brand was” says Hill.

Bemidji will celebrate their re-opening with a couple of special casks over the weekend. On Friday you can expect them to break out a cask of their German Blonde on hibiscus. Saturday they will debut a pin of their IPA brewed with Idaho 7 hops. They’ll also be pouring their German Blonde, Summer IPA, a Berliner Weiss on blueberries, and a Golden Sour on Mangoes that was dry hopped with Galaxy hops.

A grand reopening is being planned for August. Follow Bemidji Brewing’s social media channels for more.
